When is Shamrock Fest? The Shamrock Fest takes place on Saturday, March 15. It is an all-day festival.

Do I have to be 21 to enter? ShamrockFest is for all ages with many activities for all - kids & adults. However, you must be 21 to purchase or consume alcohol..

I haven't received my tickets yet. What should I do? If it has been some time since you purchased your ticket and haven't received it in the mail, or have any other problems regarding your tickets, please contact Ticketmaster directly at 202-397-7328.

Can I bring my own food and/or beverages? No food or beverages will be permitted to be brought into or out of the events.

Can I bring my pet? Sorry pets are not permitted unless necessary for our disabled guests.

What if it rains? The event will go on rain or shine. In past years celebrants have had a great time partying in all conditions..

How long is the beer served? The street beer booths are scheduled to start at Noon and end at 8 pm, but the event reserves the right to discontinue service, at any time, to any person or persons (The beer service ending time may be extended, or cut shorter, based on the discretion of the authorities).

What does VIP Include? The VIP includes everything listed on the home page. There may also be a limited amound food distributed throughout the day, but is not included in the VIP ticket purchase. Extra food may be purchased from the many food vendors within the festival site.

Once I have checked into the festival can I leave then re-enter? There is no re-entry to the festival after you exit.

What are the security policies? To ensure the best possible guest experience during this event, please observe the following:

  1. Glass, plastic, food, drinks , weapons and illegal substances prohibited
  2. Bags and purses will be searched.
  3. Disruptions may result in ejection
  4. No re-entry
  5. Your Cooperation is appreciated.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
  1. Metal, plastic, glass containers of any kind
  2. Backpacks and large bags
  3. Food and beverages
  4. Weapons and Illegal substances
Notice: RFK Stadium, ShamrockFest Staff or Security Personnel are not allowed to hold or check any items not allowed into the stadium.

What is SCAN? SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the well-being of children, improve parent-child relations and prevent child abuse and neglect by:

Educating the community about the scope, nature and consequences of child abuse and neglect and the importance of positive, nurturing parenting;

Providing direct parent education; and

Advocating for children in the community, the legislature and the courts.
